Breathable membrane has been attached on the boarded side of the roof at the bottom and on the ridge. On the unboarded side a detail is being constructed to lift water away from the valley area that was originally problematic. When the toilet block was added to the building the piched dormer that comes from the school room was never properly dealt with and over the years this had become a source of water ingress. The box work detail should solve this problem.
